----[ The Story ]------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is my 1993 Pontiac Firebird. It has a completely stock 3.4L V6 engine, and is driven only 26500 original documented miles.

I brought it from Germany in late 2005. It was bought there as new by a 65-year-old man who had it as a weekend driver. It has never been driven during the winters, and there is no rust to be seen anywhere.

It was completely original when I first bought it, but since then I've added 18" wheels on 245/40 tires all around, a dual outlet muffler and a Viper 5000 two-way alarm system with several extra sensors (e.g. a Field Disturbance Sensor). I've also put in some "xenon" headlight bulbs that are far brighter than the original H4's and aftermarket GM licensed Lloyd floormats.

One of the small things which I'm not happy with though are the ugly Euro parking lights in the front bumper, but that will hopefully be corrected next summer.

Very very nice Ken, love the wheels, i don't see many firebirds with aftermarket wheels that i like, but it looks really good. How about an audio clip of your exhaust.

Looks really clean! Nice and shiny too!

Hey, where did you get your head lights? My friends have been looking all over for lights like that! One friend has a 97 V6 Firebird, and my other friend has a 95 Trans Am with the 350 V8. Both have clear turn signals with the "cool blue" bulbs and all the head lights they have found look yellow compared to them. Your head lights would be perfect for their cars! Thanks alot man!

I will be recording a sound clip of my exhaust and put it up with a comparement to my old one in the near future. I got the headlight bulbs from a local parts store called MotoNet. I don't think you have that over there. Are you using H4's, or do you have a different socket for the bulbs over there?

We don't have to have amber turn signals, atleast not here in Finland (not sure about new cars though, but imports are allowed to have red in the back). I guess it's just an euro look thing

That's a sharp car.
I never realized the lighting was so different over there. I like the taillamps. they are like the Formula and TA lights here, but with orange for the signals. Looks good!

And an alternative to the Xenon bulbs is Sylvania Silverstar. I have them on my bird. A lot brighter than regualr bulbs, and a true white light emitted.

26,500 miles! Are you kidding me? Get out and drive that car man! My car isn't even a daily driver and I put 9000 miles on her last year!
But Hey, nice car!
