The stock V8 model wheels are 16" x 8.0" 55mm offset. The wheel you selected only has a 12mm offset. That would move the outside edge of your tire outwards by 1.7", putting it outside the front fender. In the back, you would have the outside edge of the tire exactly even with the outer edge of the fender, when looking straight down from above. There is a good chance you would have to roll the fender lip to avoid cutting into the sidewall of the tire when the body came down.

For an 8.0" wide wheel, in the front, you need a wheel in the range of 30-45mm offset. In the back, you can work as low as 25mm offset. But pick a uniform offset for all 4 wheels so you can rotate the tires.

The 5 x 4.75" bolt pattern is correct.
