Anyone ever done a front pump seal on a 93 or newer bird with a 3.4? Mines leaking pretty bad from just the seal. Torque converter appears to be okay. Any advice or info on this repair?

The repair itself is pretty simple and the seal inexpensive. 93 service manual in 4th gen tech section will show you how.

BUT, to do this simple repair with inexpensive part, you have to pull the transmission out of car.

If you undertake the mission, you might as well change rear crankshaft seal while your in there. You would just have to remove flexplate to get to it.

Usually the cause of a front pump seal leak isnt really the seal, its wear in the bushing or excessive thrusting on the motor crankshaft. The pump bushing is the first line of defense against the pressure created in the pump rotor cavity. The seal is secondary.
