I recently bought a 97 t-top transam, 6speed. In amazingly good condition BUT I thin k subframe connectors would improve nvh, preferably bolt ins.
Any suggestions?

I’ve had excellent results with many Spohn Performance parts.

The SFC’s are an excellent upgrade. You can find the simple ones that run behind the rocker panels, or more complex designs that add an “X” brace that connects to the chassis where the stock sheet metal tunnel brace is located. From my experience the X-brace would be stronger, but probably more useful on a vehicle used for auto-cross or road racing. I've seen the setups without the X-brace hold up well to high HP street and drag racing applications.

Oddly enough, I don't have the Spohn SFC’s because I had a custom chrome moly 6-point roll bar installed, including sub frame connectors that tied into the roll bar baseplates. But I supplied Steve Spohn with pictures and measurements of my Formula for use in designing his SFC’s.
