Spark Plug wiring replacement.
Recently decided to replace my plug wiring in my 00' V6 Bird, as the old ones are getting pretty gnarly. Now if i'm correct the plug wiring is a 7mm, and most of the Aftermarket wires I'm looking at don't have the metal cover that is on the OEM Wires.
Is that metal cover needed? I'm slightly concerned, because as far as I can tell those Covers are there to protect the wiring from the heat of the Headers.
Anyone have recommendations for Wires? Also trying to find wires in red, to match the rest of my engine.
