Unplug the headlight motors and manually crank them up.

Will the headlights still work? And how do u crank them up? My car is a 94

Open your hood, look near your headlights and pop off this rubber lid off and crank it until your happy with where its at.

Your headlights will still work but I don't think you can use the switch inside the car. I think it will take it all the way down or up. Someone else needs to confirm this.

You can adjust the lights so they point up to help see better at nite with the sleepy eyes as well.
