If I die before my sister, she and her husband will come in and throw all my car parts away. Being artsy people from Chicago, they won't have a clue that my parts are valuable. To them the parts will be old junk.

This sounds exactly like my older brother. If it's not a carpentry/construction tool he can use, it's junk for the trash.
