when I put my seat belts on the click but then if I pull on the belt hard it pops off. it dosent stay locked, whats the problem here?

Just replace them.
Lets say you take them apart, clean them and put them back together and they're holding enough that you can't pull them out...that's like 1/20 what they have to hold in an accident. Down the line you have a minor accident and see 5Gs. ballpark 150lbs x 5Gs=750 lbs Wanna risk it when you've only tested it to 100 lbs?
