my rad fans don't kick on no matter what.. all three relays don't receive power, ive also read that theres such thing as a c100 connector with j and h controlling fan speeds.. i tested those and they don't have power either... if it helps the car sat for 4 years before i bought it 3 months ago.. when i asked they said it had no coolant problems.... good friends of mine so it isnt a lie.

also one of my codes say low coolant.. but its full
What year, engine, and trans is your car? It can affect the answers.

There is no PCM diagnostic code for low coolant. The dash light (assuming that's what you are referencing) is connected to a level sensor on the passenger side radiator tank (via a latching relay), below the overflow hose. The sensor is a common failure point, as coolant enters the housing and corrodes the printed circuit board. If the radiator is actually full - right up to the top - the sensor has failed. Can be replaced, some people have opened it up and fixed it. Part numbers below may be superseded:

The low coolant sensor and the dash light have no effect on the cooling fans.

The PCM controls the fans, based on a coolant temp sensor in the base of the water pump housing. With 3-relay setup, fans should both come on low speed at 226°F and high speed at 235°F.

Which side of the relays have no power - the fan (load) side, or the signal side connected to the PCM? The control/signal side power comes from a fuse in the underhood box. Failure of the control/signal power should set a PCM code and turn on the “SES” light.

The load/fan power comes directly from the battery, through a fusible link attached to the red plastic “+” distribution box on the passenger side inner fender, near the battery:

Fan control diagram - 3-relay fan is “late production”:

The relays don’t get power from the PCM. Those two wire supply grounds to activate the control/signal side of the relay.

2001 3.8l 4speed auto... wdym Which side of the relays have no power.. i looked in the fuze box on the driver side fuse box and tested the 3 relays labeled fan 1,2,3...

ive been told theres most likely a short somewhere.. where would i start to look.. when i try to follow the wires i loose them in the rat nest of a harness
Since it's the 2001 3.8, my comments are mostly not applicable. They apply primarily to the V8 models. Would have been nice to have that info in your first post.

Ok well thank you for trying to help sir
