I have the headliner in so I removed the old carpet and all the tarpaper like stuff under the carpet. I have been cleaning out and smoothing out the goup they used at the factory to seal the floor panels. I have used rubberized undercoating to reseal the cracks.
I have sound deadening matts ready to install but wonder if i need to spray the whole floor with undercoating? The floors are in great shape, whats a few more cans now.

Had a bit of a scare today. Was busy fitting the sound deadening matts with surprizing ease untill i reached the right front. I started in the rear and was moving foward fitting the matt. When i lifted the black firewall matt to tuck in the new matt it was wringing wet with antifreeze.
I repaced the heater core a couple of weeks then went ahead with the raido and headliner. Ow crap. Off to town to get a pressure tester and back i came. What a relief to see it hold PSI.
