Many thanks for your time, I found this site through a search that provided me a link to http://www.firebirdnation.com/pdf/windowreplacement.pdf and http://www.firebirdnation.com/pdf/windowreplacement2.pdf the best example of replacing a power window motor I could find online. I was trying to do this today and none of the 'tutorials' I could find really gave enough detail on how to get to the motor.
Anyway, I have one question before I try to tackle this again tomorrow. In the second pdf, it says to rivet the motor back onto the door. I don't have access to a rivet gun, has anyone used a nut and bolt system and does it hold up to door vibration?
One last thing, for those that have done this, from start to finish... about how long should I expect it to take?
Again, thanks for all the good information and resources.
