The wire that goes into the connector that connects to the oil pressure sensor, ripped right at the edge of the connector so i cant splice the wires together, can i pull apart the connector or something?
 
Id say probably not. I dont think they are made to come apart. But I could be wrong. I had a similar problem once. I just went to the junkyard and they just gave it to me cause I got a window switch. You should go to the local yards, and ask if they have one laying around somewhere with enough wire on it to use. Chances are they do, or will let you get one from a car thats well stripped for free or fairly cheap. The one I had to get for the ABS sensor on a 93 grand am looked just like yours. So dont be afraid to look on different vehicles.
 
You need a "pigtail"... that's a new connector, with a length of wire attached to it so you can splice it to your old wire. Shoebox has a list of all the LT1 pigtail part numbers on his excellent LT1 website:
