Most oil caps and valvecovers will look like that becasue they do not get as hot as the internals of the engine, and therefore do not evaporate the condensation. Being farthest away and real thin, they create condensation on the inside. The worst is when there is a long "oil fill tube". My old S-10 was bad for that. Fill tube would look horrible, but oil was fine. I just clean them every couple of oil changes. As long as the oil on the dipstick isn't milky, your fine.
