I am Josh and I own a '79 Firebird. My dad bought the car new when he graduated high school and gave it to me on my 16th birthday. I drove it through high school and then bottomed the trans out and it has been parked for the last ten yrs. I plan on yanking the 301 and broken TH350 out and swapping it with something a bit more powerful. I was thinking along the lines of BBC and TH400 but am not too sure yet. I eventually want to swap a T56 into it but that is later down the road. I don't really have pics of it right yet as it is sitting in a barn about an hour and a half from where I live. I will be moving into a home with a garage here in the next couple of months and will be going to get it very soon.
