I am supposed to get my ws6 hood back from the body shop cuz it was getting painted but that same day i am leaving to go to my beach house i was wondering about how long wood it take 3ppl to take my old hood off and put the new one. it use the stock hardware and hindges.

One more question it says it attaches just like a factory hood using oem hardware do i need ne thing else in order to put it on?? Thanks

I did mine with three people too. Took all of about one hour, and most of that was adjusting it up and down and side to side until it fit right. You may need to cut out some of the holes largere for adjustment, depends on brand of hood. I didn't with my Harwood. but I did find that factory hood hinge bolts were too long, had to use ones about 1/4 inch shorter.

I replaced my hood myself with a buddy, it was an OEM hood that used for a replacement though, took only a few minutes. Cant speak for yours if its aftermarket.

if its fiberglass u may need some sanding and fitment its hard to make them exact for ur car so all fiberglass useally needs a small amount of work i had to body shop put mine on, they said it needed the least work out of any hood they ever puton (fiberglass that is) so i guess thats a good thing lol
