So, after researching, Ive learned I need to loosen the passenger-side inner fender to get to one of the bolts and a hose (I have an A/C car). Ive never done any body work, so Im not sure whats involved in getting the fender loosened enough for me to get in there. Can anyone provide any insight into the process?
Easy job, jack up the car, remove the right front wheel and have at it. It is easy to remove and the fasteners required to be removed are obvious. Don't forget to remove anything attached to the top of the inner fender before you get too far.
The access to the the HVAC components will be impressive.
I just pulled mine out for a Heater fan replacement. I’ve put it off for years but it was really easy to get the inner fender out. I should of done it sooner. Also did the body mounts on that side when it was out.
