Please help....Need to know if anyone has replaced the cylinder and how I find/get the correct code out of the 15 possible ones. Measure ohms? Do mechanics possibly have VATS/pass interrigators? (I am going through a GM mechanics manual....

Why are you replacing the ignition key lock cylinder?
Do you have the vehicles original key with resistor pellet, or have you lost it?
