Never had it on a dyno, we figure it to be around 475hp though.

Heh Pete: that's about the same hp I,m hoping for (450-500).When I race though it will be mostly 1/8 mile because we don't have many local tracks or available airports around here. I was thinking on runing a set of 373's in the bum. I still have to build an engine yet and am not sure whether to go with a 355 or stroke it to a 383.Got any suggestions?(pros and cons)

Ya, that is a nice Bird you have Pete. I just started working on a model of a 69 Bird.

What color is your car, I can't tell from the pic if it's silver or lt metallic blue?
