is there anyways to tell if a engine is HO, i have a 87 formula bird and went to advanced auto and the guy there told me my engine was a HO, i dont believe him a bit but was talking with some friends and were curious if there is a way to tell, the guy at advanced said he could tell because the 8th digit of the vin was a f but i figured it stood for formula, its just the 305 TPI, anyway to tell?
