Yes, Remflex or Percys XXX Carbon. Bout the only gaskets I could ever get eto seal. And use good header bolts. Locking on all but the center PITA one cause you cant get a lock on that one.

Nope, install dry, they are a graphite which will allow movement without tearing when the engine heats and cools.

Ive always bought my own sheets of gasket material and made my own.

Over the years, I have always found that the best solution for header gaskets is to go back and retighten the bolts a day or two later, even with locking bolts. Looseness is created by the gasket crushing, not the bolts loosening.
