1968 Firebird 400
My Firebird was set up with coil springs when it did not have air-conditioning. After the restoration a classic car dealership added back the factory air. Now the passenger side sets 1 1/4 inch lower and rubs on the fender when hitting bumps and dips. My research has shown that with the option of air conditioning the front passenger side weighs 113 lbs. more. If I add stiffer springs to compensate for the air conditioning on the right side won’t the left side raise too?
