I hear ya ..lol
Ok here is what I got able to get completed...
And in Usual Mark Fashion, I ran over my SPOD by accident...lol
chopped the crap out of my fenders...Plus Much Much More...
Ok The Mods Start....
This is a walk around ...
Sorry it was around midnight but My time is very limited and I worked 9 hours in MO, then flew home, then worked 22 hours non stop around the clock to get to where I am stopping until after Turkey Dinner...
Interrior and Exterior mods begin...
Ok one of the first things I did was run like a Kid, to the downstairs excited with presents and start grabbing everything I could simply slap on...
So we have
Floor Mats throughout...
Inserts for the Grill... I have to say the most impressive Yet cheap Mod I notice...Love em.
Grab Handles
LED ICE Blue Interior Lights for domes
Side Kick Pads, rock shield whatever you want to call them...25-30 bucks...
Works for me...
I also added the Zombie Skulls in Tail lights plus rock guards...

Factory Painted 08 Shahara Fenders...CUT UP...
Ok I said I was going to do it...
I watched many Videos, from guys doing a meticulous Job to guys putting on a piece of tape grabbing a saws all and just hacking them off...
Here is what I did to achieve my results...
First I taped the edge and paid attention to the straightness of the edges and curves as I went along...
I would say I spent at least 15-25 minutes applying tape to all four fenders...
Next I want to explain how I did it since I varied my method in my opinion...
Ok So I used two dremels, a Saws all, and a Surface Sander triangle shaped ryobi...
First I put a Diam plate metal cutting wheel on the cordless, which I was able to complete a fender and start a second then would require charging...
I went from left to right to minimize the throw up toward the face of plastic particles...
This works Most excellent to coin the phase from Bill and Ted...
The part is the cut line causes no Flaking using this method at all...
I said at all...for those that are hard of hearing...
in fact they look awesome now...
Next I removed the tape and then rounded or not as I chose..
For the
FRONT FENDERS
I made the first cut as in the videos from underneath so I had a cut line...
Next I removed the side marker, as shown in videos by cutting pins
Removed the side of the fender by cutting from one end to other.
ie front to rear or vice versa...
Cut out braces underneath...
then once I was there I did something I have not seen others do to this extreme...
I came straight up the inside edge along the Nose of Jeep with just enough room to get the dremel in and cut upwards...
then I went at 45 degree angle right to the side...
I went aggressive, then removed a lot of the support under front edge of Fender...
Re attached the Side marker, and completed the fenders so I could do the Bumper removal winch mount and add my Stinger...
Attached Thumbnails
I did not round it off so much to give it a more Angry look...I think it works...
Later I can always trim it off more if desired...
I forgot I also added the Dust/Bug deflector...
I added the 50" light bar as well...
I also added the Stubby Ant...
Better pics of Light bar

Edge trim is completed also along fenders
While working I had been up for basically two days, not stopped for more than ten minutes...as I mounted the lighted SPOD switches to the interior of the roof line...
I had to run to the store and literally drove over the SPOD main panel with all the circuit breakers in it...Yep no worky so I never got to even see the switches lite up...
I will have to send it to them in hopes they can repair...
I can say they are tough.
But it couldn't handle my Jeep rolling over it at 25mph...
I had accidentally left it on the front bumper...
Bet Ill never do that again, at 625.00
Also painted the rear bumper...
All fender wells added Skulls on Tag and Air valve stems...
Bumper in Back painted black made a big difference...
