Hi

Can anyone help de-coding cowl tags.

The last line has a T prefix followed by an individual number ie 3 or a 5 then the six digit sequence number, with or without a - immediately after the T or first number .

What does the T and the single digit denote - is it the particular assembly line in the factory?

The last row, first set of numbers is the secondary interior color number.

The 6 digit number is a Fisher Time Date Code.

Thanks

First line has date built code and Fisher body number

Second line has interior trim code and then upper and lower paint colors

Third line starts with A51 seat code. Then I have T3 - followed by this six digit number.

I am trying to find out what the T3 (I have seen T5 and T-5 on some others cars) on my car stands for. If the six digit code is a date code, how do I decipher it?

I thought it was the sequence code (on the production line?) as it appears on the build sheet.

Many thanks.

3rd row - A51 means bucket seats

4th row - the 6 digit Fisher Time Date code. It's different than the Production Date contained on the top row. As best I understand, there isn't a key to decipher it.
