correct heads

As you have posted, opinions differ. So, I suppose it all depends on who's info you wanna believe. I'd go with the Wallace info & use #12 heads on all '70 RA3 engines & all '70 400 manual trans engines. According to their info, the #13 heads were used only on non-RA auto trans engines. BUT, we've all read about things that came from the factory that were NOT equipped as they were supposed to be.
