Bought 4 birds this year, different years and colors. They all have massive peeling clearcoat. A dark red one under the clearcoat actually looks pretty sharp, except its more like semi gloss house paint and I assume couldn't be kept clean.
Question is, is there a way of removing the clear without harming the underlying paint? Every few weeks a little more becomes raised and I finger nail it off but that will take me 50 years, lol Second question: If it cant be taken off, to repaint the car ALL of the paint has to be sanded off, correct? Im trying to cut costs.
