It is probably easier to pull the fender or inner fender I have heard of
people cutting a acsess hole in the inner fender to get to the blower motor
But I would also check the switch and the blower resistor first and
voltage to the blower

I have power at the blower, I had a giant mouse nest I the dash and the headliner, guessing same inside the heater box, guy was keeping the car in an old barn

Really don't want o go cutting holes in new wheel well guess I need too pull the fender, which is not properly installed

Pulling the fender well isn't really that difficult, it helps to loosen the front fender bolts. There is no way to access the blower motor without taking either the fender or the liner off. Its a terrible design.
