So I went to the junkyard, got some weather-stripping for the back glass, as mine was stolen, Its a 1997 Base.

I'm honestly having the most trouble as the glass isn't set in properly, and there is a large gap, has anyone had something similar happen to them before?

The “lace” that sits on the edge of the glass is not really “weatherstripping”. It's just trim. Earliy years it was only on the bottom edge of the glass, later years it completely surrounded the glass.

Need a clearer picture to understand the problem.
