I looking to engine swap my 79 Trans Am. The current engine is 403 and I'm looking to swap it with a pontiac 455. I just want to know what all I would need to change out in order to swap it?
Biggest things will be location of motor mounts on the frame and the shaker assembly. Olds and Pontiac were different. I’m aware that there a couple ways to tackle that but dont have the details so I can’t give you any advice there.
