4th gen Snowflake question

It's very hard to find a “deep dish” wheel for a 4th Gen, because of the large positive offset required. The wheels on the 3rd Gen shown in your photo are very close to 0 To 10mm offset.

The widest wheel you can fit in the back is 11”, with a 50mm offset. Ran that size wheel on my 94 - some minor mods required. That width/offset yields an ~8” backspace and ~4” front space. Can’t get much “dish” in a 4” space.

17”x11” 50mm offset:

Ecklers carries a “deep dish” replica version of the Corvette ZR1/Grand Sport offset wheels, but it's not much deeper, and purely “optical”, since they just set the spokes in a bit deeper, while keeping the hub in the 50mm position.

Sits a bit high in the back since the suspension is set up for 28” slicks.
