Just some pics. of my bird in process of being built. Stock it had the 350 2bbl. carb. I built a 1970 400 Pontiac block.

Trans was a turbo 350 I have. ordered a new stage 2 700 r4 w/ 2000 stall converter trans. Hoping it will be in this week.

New axles and bearings. GM 8.5 ten bolt Eatin posi. Richmond 342 ring and pinion gear set for the rear end.

Also a few suspension upgrades and all new exhaust with headers. Hopefully Ill have it going in a couple weeks And I hope she FLYs!

Believe it or not. But I bought it off of my buddies brother for $100!!!
I needed a vehicle to drive while my truck was in the body shop for a new paint job. It looks good in the pic. But the passenger side was full of rust & it badly needed suspension work. It had a 400 w/ 4 speed, it was a fun car. I drove the crap out of it for a while. Then sold it for $700.....

Forgive my ignorance as it may have been mentioned, but how are you going to bolt that chevy bell housing 700R4 to a BPO block? Will need an adapter plate or a JW ultra bell to make it mate up.
