I had a 68 Camaro and a 70 Bird (but not at the same time). When I looked at the pieces on the bird seats they reminded me of the Camaro pieces. You could check and see if they are indeed the same.

After doing some research, The 1970 headrest latch was unique to this one year only and came in black and chrome. Will a 1969 work, Absolutely but I have tarnished chrome plates which I think the 1969 will work and see if the spring mechanism can be repaired from another year. trying to keep it original as possible

Did you look for 68 Camaro? I believe they were different than the 69's.

some of the head rests were optional in the 68 and 1967 didnt have any if memory serves me correctly. I think in 69 they became standard. I just need to wait and hunt this piece down which gives me more excuses to go to swap meets. 1970 is an oddball year as we all know. the brake system is a good example
