I have a 1998 Pontiac Firebird V6 and the high beams do not come on at all when I pull the turn signal lever towards me. There is no "reaction" and is extremely flimsy. My turn signals and all other lights work on just fine when turned on but there is no indication on the dash that my high beams are on whenever I attempt to turn them on.. I have looked at other forums about an "adjustment" you can do to them but the pictures are unavailable and I'm lost on how or where to start. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I found 2 different switches on my favorite website. One looks like it comes with a little metal beam while the other one doesn't. Does this one work?8c5550089f3819aedb201ce41f7bea8a.jpg

Looks like it.

Shoebox has a repair procedure for the ignition switch (93-97, 98 should be similar), which is held on by the same screws.
