Quick question, while trying to replace the idler pulley located on the AC bracket, I took the bolt out, but the pulley itself wont budge. Its there a set screw or a key way that I dont see or is it just stuck on there? How would I go about getting that pully off to replace it? Thanks

The best thing to do here is download a free copy of the1996 factory service manual.  I'm no V6 expert, but looking at the manual, removal of the tensioner appears to be quite involved, requiring draining the coolant and removal of a number of engine components.

Look in Volume 1 of 2, Part 2 of 2, page 6A8A-3.

If it's just the A/C idler pulley, that is also covered.

Nothing a few whacks with a hammer or small puller shouldn’t solve...have changed mine before hunting a squeak
