Hello,

I have these 3 wires that I am not sure where they go. This is a 1983 25th Anniversary TransAm in the restoration process. The mice did a number ( Never store in a barn covered) and I am down to these few. The  photo with 3 wires together with a connector, and a black wire all coming from the same connector. The black wire was in a plastic L shape, but was brittle and fell off. Second, the Green wire also had a plastic piece at the connector that broke. I am not sure if this is part of a wiper motor or not. I cant find any area to plug these into.

Pictures are of the driver's side. Engine V8 Crossfire injection.

Thank you for any help!

I have a 83 factory manual. I looked in fuel injection and wiper wiring diagrams and could not find any wiring connector that was the same color as the wires you show

Melissa, Is there any power going to any of the wires? If yes, start pulling fuses and then relays till you lose the power. Then you will know what circuit to look for a component in. Pete

Thank you for your reply. It is difficult to determine exactly what color these wires are due to age and fading. I am going to continue to review combinations based on wiring diagram and see what turns up.

Thanks, again!

Thank you for your reply. The combination of the 3 wires has no power at all. The green wire which is not attached to these in any way is hot only with the key on. The black wire that is with the group of is not hot at all.

I have replaced all fuses, except the 35 amp 12 V circuit which I have not found, but still seem to be operating some of the electrical components, Also, I have no power to any of the wiper washer functions and I am looking into this as well.

I appreciate your assistance so much!

Melissa
