Hey guys! So I was taking off my door panel to replace the locks and do the weather stripping when I came across this strap that you use to pull the door closed. thats the only thing that is keeping me from taking the panel completly off and idk how to take that little silver strap holder thing off. thanks

You should be able to pry the center piece off. That will expose the screws that holds the door pull on.
