I'm not aware of any restrictions on your account or any reason for there to be. Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to look into this at the moment. I have to get to my sons school asap.

 

Something you can try in this moment is logging out, deleting cookies, and logging back in.

 

If that doesn't  help, I can look into your account in a few hours.  That is if somebody else can't assist between now and then.

On the "Forums" home page, click on the forum you want to post in.  There may be sub-forums on the page that opens, if so, pick the one you want.  Example "Drivertrain"

 

When the forum opens, at the top right is a black button (at least on PC and iPad versions) "Start New Topic".  Click that.
