I'm not aware of any restrictions on your account or any reason for there to be. Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to look into this at the moment. I have to get to my sons school asap.


Something you can try in this moment is logging out, deleting cookies, and logging back in.


If that doesn't  help, I can look into your account in a few hours.  That is if somebody else can't assist between now and then.
