A coworker asked me what its like restoring my car I told him its like going to the parts store once a week to buy one part for five years until you have enough parts to build a whole car and then put it together with no directions !

Old post......there were a few local forums but most are now dead due to the Fbook thing. So look on there for both Firebird and Firebird parts groups, often same guys under several group names with the same posts.
You've turned your Esprit into a TA?

hi i'm trying to redo my very badly done right hand conversion on our 70 firebird, some people use wb holden parts ,i tried to use an outer tie rod from a wb and the stud doesn't go far enough through the stub axle for a nut to start . does any one have pictures of this conversion or know what parts to use ,
thank ,

Every conversion was different for whoever did it. Mine uses WB Power steering trackrod and tierods, not sure what you are referring to.
