Hi All,
 
It is clear that any combination of intermediate connectors/wires can be used to get from the OBD-II on the vehicle to the USB port on a computer.
 
The question boils down to: "which pins on the OBD-II connector on the car correspond with which pins on the USB connector, with whatever resistors/diodes may be in between?"
 
Please describe in written form, or with a schematic diagram.
