I will be looking into exhaust options from header back. I would like to keep an original look behind the rear wheels. Trying to avoid that tractor sound I hear on some high torque-low rpm cars.

This will be a professionally done weld on app, trying to eliminate all rattles and leaks. Any proven techniques out there or videos would be great!

Thanks for your input.

id recommend magnaflow mufflers, i just like the way they sound over flowmaster, but its your preference in the end. I also love the sound of glasspacks, but illegal in my state.

Here is a muffler that was designed to help with the low clearance we have when running true duals.

All the major Pontiac catalogs have the original style later split tip and earlier chrome single tips available to look original.

455 Olds, MSD dizzy & 6AL, Edelbrock Performer, Demon 850, Ceramic coated Dougs headers, TH400, 2200 stall, 3:42 10 bolt, Boyd Coddington Rims w/ Nitto 555's

Are there any options for a glass-pack type of sound, without the obvious glass-pack look? I would like it to visually look like a standard muffler, but to have the old-school sound....
