Well kinda in a stall right now waiting on polished radiator shroud so thought I'd put up what I've been doing.Been thinking of new intake and wanted to be different ,liked the K&N but did't seal and the Volant was even bigger box then stock.Seen some vettes with this intake and liked the design besides the filters sit right behind hood openings and working on "box" that will attach to hood and can be removed for shows. Just cut new brackets for relocating nitrous and 2nd stage bracket is also throttle cable bracket.Got some ther stuff in the works and will keep posted Thanks for looking heres pic from last year and work so far!Attached File  hood up drvr side.jpg   218.96KB   37 downloadsAttached File  SUNP0104.jpg   701.06KB   27 downloads

:30tens: Looks like a real showcar

P.S. Would be cool to see you around, have you been on Seymour Lake Rd by Cook's Dairy? Such a perfect spot for get-togethers and race.

I live on seymour Lk Rd between M-15 and Cooks dairy farm will have to get together sometime when it warms up a bit .Is that you I hear running up and down the street!! LOL. Also good for checking out work (lil test track) and Thanks for the comments guys and also know someone else who likes shiney! Just trying to be lil different and like how it looks with hood partially open and sits right there behind openings in hood (looks like made for it) and the more I see it the better it looks. Got some other things in works for the exterior also that I hope to hear back about soon. Also look me up at the Pontiac Nationals in Nowalk (AUG 5-7) we race so we are in the pits and set up on fence near track all the way down to the end (or near pit entrance)

Attached File  overhead.JPG   923.63KB   17 downloadsAttached File  pillarbird.jpg   30.41KB   11 downloadsAttached File  stripes exam..JPG   53.91KB   8 downloadsThanks!! wish I could get on here more but trying to at least keep everyone up to date with things going on this year.Well have had 30th anniv. stripes on for while and like red w/black but wanted something different. So got pillarbird and really liked polished stainless and finally got the rest of overlays w/black centers to tame down "chrome" look.Have tied in honeycomb into other areas in car I kinda took pillarbird up into stripe and used a honeycomb design for center maybe bout 1/8-3/16 "chrome" showing. Working with graphics place now and will be printed on a foil vinyl and should have better pics when they get done tweaking but maybe you can get idea.hoping to get samples made up soon !!
