While logged in and on my profile page, I cannot click onto my photos to make them larger and I'm told that I do not have permission to do this. I also cannot find my car photos in either the Second Generation or Member Gallery, although they are visible on my profile page. The photos were in the Member Gallery prior to one of the system upgrades. Anybody working on a resolution to this as I know this problem is not unique to me alone? Thanks.

Common problem. Even us Administrators have this problem. I couldn't open my photos for 3 or 4 months, we complained to the commercial outfit that owns the site and they basically ignored us. Then one day a couple of weeks ago, all of a sudden I could open the photos in my gallery.

I apologize for the inability to reliably correct this problem, and I assure you that as a supposed "Administrator", like others who have addressed the problem in an attempt to solve it, I am totally frustrated. Really makes me question wether it's worth staying on the site.

We will try again.

PS:

And to emphasize our feeling of incompetence, I just went to my gallery, clicked on a thumbnail, and got the "you do not have permission to access".

Unbelievable.

Fred, it is a bit frustrating and I know that Layna also has the same issue. If she cannot get this resolved, I know we are in trouble. Appreciate your comments. Have a great weekend!

Found an old ticket where we dealt with this the first time it sprang up.

Case # 1668020

From the notes attached to it, we temporarily had a fix with this after we upgraded the Gallery software, but the issue has returned. Reopening this with the techs and will have them take a look
