Ok folks, can someone please help me figure out about how much R W HORSEPOWER I should have with the mods I have now. 1999 Trans Am LS1, Automatic..... Here is the list

Kooks Race Headers, 3" Y-Pipe, 3" Flowmaster Catback, No Cats/ EGR delete
LS6 Intake Manifold
SLP Lid
K&N Air Filter
New Plugs and Taylor Wires
Throttle Body Bypass
Hypertech Power Programmer
SLP 160 Thermostat

Built Tranny with 2500 Stall, Shift Kit
3:73 Gear/ TA Girdle
BMR Control Arms
Pan Hard
Random Technologies Adjustable Torque Arm

I ran a 13.24 last year without the headers/Intake/Suspension/ and Tranmission fixed up. I did have drag radials so I did hook. I will be happy with a 12.80 this year...what do you think??

I'm going with Blake's answer, 375. The LS1 puts down around 300 stock.

Ok there is no way your putting down 375rwhp. I had everything you did. But my car was a 6 speed. And the car pulled 348rwhp. And on some drag radials and the stock rearend I ran a 12.79 at 109mph. That was with a 1.86 60 foot. Now with my heads and cam car made 443rwhp and 411rwtq. And ran a best of 12.11 at 118mph. Best being your car has a stall I would say around 325-335rwhp.

When you add a stall the numbers go down. And that tune really helps a stock ls1. The best I ever seen was my brothers 2002 Formula. Bone stock with nothing done to it. Even had the paper air filter. An a auto trans it put down 350rwhp and 375rwtq.

What kind of tune did you get? who tuned it? how many pulls did you make on the dyno?
Im saying closed loop. if there was a 6 speed behind it, theres no doubt it would put down 375.

When I put the heads and cam in. It was a full dyno tune. Tuning was done by Shawn David from Raging Racing. Who is with Lethal Racing now. Don't get me wrong I seen people make 400rwhp but they pulled there stock heads and had them.ported and running FAST untamed and bigger throttle body and one help of a great tune. But his list of mods will not get him 375rwhp.

My guess:
325rwhp-345rwhp
345rwtq-365rwtq

& agree with the comments regarding not getting 375rwhp; it just isn't possible on those mods without dyno trickery.
