Fuel Pump Relay Circuit Where to locate? Rate Topic: -----

Just bought a 97 Firebird Trans AM replaced the lifters and push rods all the gaskets and main seal and all of a sudden she wont start up, I am more than sure its not my distibutor cause its almost brand new its an MSD with MSD wires and I dont hear my fuel pump kicking on when i turn the key im hoping it is the fuel pump relay circuit but cant seem to find its location in my chiltons book, can someone please help with any info.

There is a fuel pump test connection under the hood, near the PCM. It allows you to bypass the relay, and the PCM interlocks to test the pump itself, and the wiring to the pump. The relay is behind the driver's side kick panel. Shoebox has the info you need - these are for a 95, but your 97 will be very similar:
