Go to hawksthirdgenparts.com last time I looked they had them but there pricey.

oh man mine is cracked but not that bad but im sure it could get to that point. im in the process of trying to epoxy it back together but i might just throw the mat back over it. i dont have any pictures of what it looked like prior, but the one of the vent was absolutely shattered by my friends knee. firebirds need a "no clumsy fat passengers" sign on the inside of the car i swear lol Attached File  fuuuu.jpg (49.92K)

Stop using armorall or any other cleaning/shining solution, that is causing dash cracks.

Yeah, that's pretty broken up. I'm sure you could get one from a fbody junkyard.

As far as I know, Armorall is meant to PROTECT your interior (Also good for tires) from cracking. The sun dries it out, and the Armorall leaves a "sheet" of UV ray protection. Sort of like sunblock for your skin ;)

Expect to pay $200-300 for a replacement dash pad, unless you find a good one in a junkyard. When I actually come across a 4th gen around here, that piece is either in a dozen pieces or missing.

I read it on this forum after it happened to me. I replace it once and never have to replace again. Just use cloth with soap and water.

Maybe I will start skipping over that when I go to detail my car again. I bought it with a 1 inch crack anyways, we'll see how that goes. It's like 2.5 inches right now :\

Classic Industries has one for around $300, it is a cover that goes over the existing dash
