FS:1995 Formula LT1 Black

For sale is a 95 Formula Firebird V8. Has the LT1 engine, rebuilt 6k miles ago to factory specifications.

Has 6spd transmission. K&N cold air intake, removed rear muffler, ported TB, port matched heads, tubular rear control arms and panhard bar.

Just replaced drivers side window motor a month ago, passenger works great. Has aftermarket pioneer cd player.

Chassis has 52k miles, no rust, garage kept.

Motor runs very strong, very fast car, and quite a handfull to drive.

I picked the car up with the current wheels on it. They are older corvette 17"ers that i painted black in the center. Have some less expensive all-seasons on it right now with about 6-?32nds left. Car also comes with 2 spare stock 16" 5spoke wheels and a set of 14" S-10 wheels that i would also just like to get rid of.

-Few minuses to the car,

Small 1-2" crack in the drivers door just under the mirror, the drivers side headlight gear is going(makes the dreaded buzz after going down), the lower radiator support is bent a bit.

CEL is on due to removed AIRinjection during the rebuild

AirBag light is on, never looked into it though.

I've had the car for about a year now, and put around 6k on the rebuild. Car runs perfect, and makes no ablormal noises. Oil changed end of october for the 3rd time(since the initial break-in)

Just cant afford to keep it right now due to financial reasons and really need it gone as soon as possible.

Looking to get 4200$ OBO. or, am willing to trade for a BMW 3series 5speed, but looking to just get some cash.

Located in Stevens Point/Plover, Wisconsin - but i am willing to drive a little ways but only for SERIOUS buyers.

1970-73 firebird, formula, trans am parts.

Hello everyone. Iv got some extra parts from my 1971 and 73 firebird that I no longer need. So I am offering these items to other fellow Fbody fans, for a price of course. Please keep in mind that prices I am lookingfor are what I want. I may be willing to flex on that price depending on the availability of the part and how common it is. I will be listing more parts as I get photos taken.

I should also note that i am willing to trade for items as well. just let me know what you have. wanting fiberglass front end parts such as fenders, nose, lower valence, hoods, after market 9inch rear end, full rear wheel tubs. but if you dont have those its ok im looking for firebird parts like front window glass. trim for the front and back windows side drip rails, lower body trim, wheel flair parts like the ones that came on Trans ams. after market wheels would work as well. but just shoot me what you got if your wanting to trade for something lol.

i can ship items and they will be actual costs from UPS or our local USP it just depends on who is cheaper to ship. although i would rather use UPS.

You can send me a PM or tag me through my personal email Pontiacbird82@yahoo.com and i can get extra photos to you

cell phone 316-990-3554 i work with pay pal only. Cash is excepted if your personally picking something up. other wise its pay pal it protects you and me.

What I have At this moment is

3 tail light bezels two lefts and one right hand. Two of them are what I would consider usable and one needs to be re chromed. The two use able ones do have bubbles forming under the chrome but not bad they also have all the mounting studs.. And the last one has LOTS of bubbles and should be re chromed missing two mounting studs.

For the better ones id like to get around 35 each and theworse one just make me an offer would like to get 20 for it.

On a side note I can strip them all down to clean metal if requested at no charge. you can have them re chromed or paint them to match your car. And this applies for any other small part that is metal as well. Larger parts I will charge another 10 bucks an hour to clean and strip.

i also have a drivers side and passenger side front nose grills 1972-73

At some point some one did think it was a good idea to paint them gold? Why idk, it does come off pretty easy. They are intact. The top outer bolt hole does have a crack on both grilles I assume it was because someone over tighten them. All other bolt holes are fine with no cracks at all.

The photos I have uploaded show the paint over the chrome but i have removed all the paint on one grill's chrome trim and then "PONTIAC"emblem as been stripped as well ill get the other one taken care of tomorrow.

From my understanding these are hard to come by and can not be bought new.

I am open to offers on them.

from what i understand you can not buy these new from anywhere that I know of. The part numbers on these are PMD-22 with SAE H 70 stamped in it.

open to offers as well.
I'm looking for 160 each. Or both for 260. i will be sand blasting the back plates to clean them up.

Items still to come I have 2 sets of front bumper mounting brackets the ones from the sub frame that are shaped like an L, 3 front noses two 1970-71 and one 1972-73, complete nose bracket assembly for a 72-73 nose, several rear interior panels. A very nice back seat, black leather back pad and lower buckets. I have two front seats 1970-71 white needs to be re covered still has the plastic backs on them. I also have 1 front bucket seat 1972-73 brown in color same condition as the white ones also has seat back on them still. I have two sets of front fenders one set is 70-73 firebird or formula models need the lower section in the back repaired. The other set is 1977,78 I believe black trans am fenders needs the same section repaired. They do have the grills in the side of them still,

I also have a 1970-71 set but they are kind of dented up. I will be working on removing the front brackets from them so they can be used to convert the later year fenders to the1970-73 style. I have one rear spoiler set for the 1970-78 style back end with the outers that come to a point on the bottom edge. The center section has a crack internally on the right side. The right outer has been broken but may be fixable. The passenger side is in perfect condition. I also have a rear decklid from a 71 firebird good condition no rust holes in it. I have upper head liner brackets the thin metal ones that line the roof. Several dash panels one is scalloped and is silver. It has the RTS emblem in the center so I do believe it is for after 1974 but can be used for any year. The others are the wood grain with the firebird emblems a couple gauges a 100mph speedo with the seat belt and brake lamp slots, a 160mph speedo with the break light slot only, a unleaded fuel and volts cluster 1970-73 style, one dummy light pod with amps oil and water lights, firebird emblem in the center, one 6k tack and clock, one center unleaded fuel guage that fits in the center of the gauge cluster, one water and oil gauge that fits in the center of a gauge cluster. Two gauge cluster boxes one is for a dummy light and speedo withone opening in the bottom and unleaded fuel gauge in the center. the other is the type with the tack and speedo with the duel function gauge in the center. Both boxes have lenses and black bezels. i also have three sets of hood lift assemblies, Um extra glove boxes and some dash parts. have two extra sets of doors as well as a 1978-81 turbo hood.

I do not have any center consoles sorry.

If your needing something just pop me a PM I might have it and I might not.

1982 Trans Am with 23,889 original miles NJ

1982 Trans Am WS7 with 23,889 ORIGINAL MILES.
Asking $8500 or best offer!!Car is located in central/north NJ.
Black over Goldwing Metallic with light camel cloth interior (sorry not PMD). Original paint shines up really nice.
-4 Speed manual
-T-tops
-WS7 handling package
-Original Build Sheet
-power windows and rear hatch release.
-Everything works as it should except for a/c (windows, rear hatch release; rear defrost, etc).
-Nice pliable weather seals, no leaks.
-Nice comfortable ride (actually rides better than my 2001 WS6).

The car has been garage kept since new. It was stored from 1993 until May of this year when I bought it from the original owner. It was his wife's daily driver from 1982-1993 when she blew the a/c compressor. Rather than fixing the a/c and driving it they parked it and bought a new car.It had a 1993 inspection sticker in the window when I bought it!

Since I bought the car I have done the following:
-Changed oil and primed the motor before cranking it.
-Valve cover gaskets.
-New plugs and wires.
-New front brake calipers and pads.
-Removed the original 15" turbo cast wheels and bowling ball caps (with the original tires) and put on 16" T/A wheels from a 86 Trans Am (painted black) with 245/50-16 tires. Both set of wheels come with the car.
-Optima Yellow Top battery.
-New hood struts.
-Nice heavy coat of wax!! ; )

The car does need a few things to be perfect.
-The a/c is still inop and will require at least a compressor and new lines
-The previous owner scraped the front bumper cover and put a small dent in the right fender when he backed out of the garage a couple years ago.
-There is a small section of the Goldwing Metallic paint along the bottom of the passenger side that needs touchup due to sitting in the same garage bay for 16 years. While the rest of the car was protected this part was in direct sunlight every day for 16 years.
-There are 3 or 4 small dings around the car which could be removed using a paintless dent removal company.
-There is a wear mark on the driver side carpeting where someone's shoe wore through the carpet. They opted not to buy floor mats for the car when they bought it…
-There is some discoloration of the interior plastic in the rear cargo area due again to sitting in the same spot for 16 years.

See link below for more, higher quality pictures. Also, I know my thread count here is a little low. I'd be happy to supply references from other boards (Turbo Buick boards) or Ebay(username/RamAir5.7.

Thanks for looking!!

WTB: Project 1969 Firebird - father/son resto

I'm looking to buy a 1969 Firebird as a restoration project for my 2 sons and I. I'm hoping to find one that fits the following:

As rust free as possible, local CA car preferred. If I can drive the car home with some care, I'm willing to go any western state within say 1,000 miles.

Numbers matching, any V8/4-Spd manual combo
Factory AC, PS, & PB

No convertibles.

Hopefully these still exist lol.

If it atleast has the options I listed above, I will still go for it not running and will simply trailer it. I'm flexable on the PS/PB but it MUST have AC.

Thanks!

1978 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Drag Car

1978 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Drag Car

CONDITION
Very Good, 24,000 miles

DESCRIPTION

The best description can be found on my web site. Here is the link http://www.leverfamilysite.com/1978_Pontiac_FireBird.htm or on this forum at
http://www.firebirdnation.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=72656
http://www.leverfami....c_FireBird.htm

Please review this build closely as there are too many good parts in this car to list here.

For this e-bay action, my intention is to remove the current transmission and engine. The price for this set up will be 7,500 until the e-bay action starts, and then it will be the latest bid on e-bay.

The car can be purchased in its current form with the stroked Ram Air III engine with Kauffman racing heads and EP-57 cam as depicted on my web site. In that configuration, it currently consistently runs 10.72 in the ¼ mile. See this U-Tube video http://www.youtube.c....layer_embedded

This package (current form) would also include the 350 Reverse valve transmission with transmission brake.

As the car is, in this form, the car can be yours once full payment is made. The only thing I will remove at this price will be the data recorder. The price for that is $15,000

I have another Pontiac 400 sitting at the engine shop.

It will be loaded up with the goodies from my past builds.

Forged pistons

Forged rods

Performer intake

Holley 750 double pumper

Machine work will be

Bored .35 over and honed

Balanced

Line honed

You will have a choice of either a turbo 350 or 400 transmission

The engine shop is Pro-Formance Specialties http://www.pro-forma...pecialties.com/

The engine will be run on a test stand before being installed in the car

This car will then be in its last configuration before the current build.

It ran the ¼ mile in 11.78 in that set up. See this U-Tube video http://www.youtube.c...h?v=v78ZlRYD34A

A non-refundable $500.00 deposit will be taken, and final payment will not be taken until the car is ready to be delivered.

2003 Continental Cargo Trailer Enclosed Car Carrier 9,990 GVW

2003 Continental Cargo Trailer Enclosed Car carrier 9,990 pound GVW

Vehicle Description

2003 Continental Cargo Trailer Enclosed Car Carrier 9,990 GVW

DESCRIPTION
The trailer is a top of the line 9,990 pound GVW 2003 Continental Cargo trailer called an Auto Master. It has all the options listed below installed by the Manufacturer (features are listed in the attached pictures).

In addition I have added the following things.

New "E" load range tires (these are 10-ply when most people use "D" load range which are 8-ply tires).

5,000 pound Super Winch
Sealed Red top battery
Battery charger, all set up in a "winch center"

Four electrical circuits, all wiring is enclosed in conduit or inside the walls.
A new Carrier Transcool Air Conditioner

A side window.
Heavy duty Generator hatch. The window and door were installed by Cobra Motor homes http://www.cobramoto...ndtrailers.com/
A new very heavy duty generator slid out tray, not yet installed, comes with the trailer.

The floor is covered with the traditional checkerboard flooring, and I have enough to do the ramp. I did not install it because I was afraid it would be too slippery. That additional flooring goes to the buyer.

The trailer comes undercoated from the manufacturer, but I took it over to Zeibart and had them recoat the underside.

I am a trucker by heart; I added 16 outside marker lights which match exactly the original marker lights.

I have added wiring so that backup lights can be installed on the trailer (they would come on when the tow vehicle is put in reverse).

There are six two-tube, four-foot, moisture and dust protected florescent lights installed. These lights have the cold weather ballasts and start up even in the coldest weather.

The hubs were pulled this spring and repacked and brakes were adjusted by General Welding and Fabrication.

One spare tire and rim.

There is nothing wrong with this trailer and I hate to sell it as I know it can not be replaced for what it is selling for. (I do have the 28-foot trailer by the same manufacturer). The real reason for selling the trailer is I need the cash for a fully enclosed front body on the new dragster.

Notes
Most people think of a trailer as a tow vehicle and overlook that they make a great inexpensive winter storage garage for your car or parts.

Original Trailer manual and paper work is included.

This trailer is listed locally and I reserve the right to end the action early.

This is a no reserve auction.

Many pictures and the build projects on this trailer can be seen here. http://www.leverfamilysite.com/2003_Continental_Cargo_Trailer.htm

Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Take a look at my other auctions

This will go up on e-bay Sunday night Starting bid is $6,500 and I will sell it for that localy until e-bay starts. Once there is a bid on e-bay that will be my selling price locally.
